Anxiety: An Art Therapy Workbook

Anxiety is a significant mental health issue that affects thousands of people, yet sadly, many still tend to overlook or dismiss its impact. Individuals grappling with anxiety often experience daily panic attacks, disconnecting from the positive and meaningful aspects of their lives. Due to the sensitivity of these mental health situations, it can be challenging for individuals to verbalise their thoughts and emotions or find a medium to manage and cope with their struggles.

Anxiety is an art therapy workbook designed to offer relief and alleviation from anxiety and emotional stress. Though specifically aimed at individuals aged 16 to 40 who are dealing with anxiety, the 15 art therapy activities within the workbook cater to those without the condition as well, enabling them to engage with the exercises and achieve emotional relief. This inclusive approach helps promote understanding, empathy, and support for those struggling with anxiety, creating a safe space for self-expression and healing.
